Matt Ewers, Broker
direct: (704) 302-4464 Matt started his real estate career indirectly in 2001 in the field of residential construction. After graduating from East Carolina University with a degree in Construction Management, he set out for the next several years as superintendent and general manager for a national and then regional builder. Along the way, he grew to know other components related with real estate growth such as land acquisition and development, financing and logistics, and of course executing the mighty real estate transaction. From there, Matt followed his entrepreneurship spirit and started a building company, Grandfather Homes, Inc. He realized how important the sales transaction was to the success of his company and decided to acquire a broker’s license to better assist his customers in the purchasing of land as well as the selling of his inventory homes. He is committed to bridging the gap between buyers and sellers and understands the necessity for open communication. Because all deals are different, he believes it is important to deliver innovation and originality to each transaction. |
